Nantong Institute of Technology came to our company to practice and learn!

From July 2 to July 5, 40 teachers and students from Nantong Institute of Technology came to our company for a four-day practical study. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this study, the Company's General Management Department made a division of labor deployment in advance, and mobilized personnel to do a good job of on-site explanation and vehicle and personnel guidance.

According to the proposed study plan, Meng Qingzhan, the assistant general manager of our company, welcomed the arrival of the teachers and students of Nantong Institute of Technology, and introduced our company's basic situation, development history, mainstream products, future development plan, etc. The Safety and Environment Department of the company explained the safety matters that should be paid attention to during the learning process, and guided students to do a good job in safety protection.

This course lasted for 4 days. Teachers and students went deep into the operation site, from the cast iron workshop, the cast aluminum workshop, to the large and small machining workshops. Our technicians carefully analyzed and explained the process technology in combination with the actual situation, and patiently answered the questions raised by students.

After on-site study, the Technology Department and the Quality Department of our company made in-depth explanations on several topics, such as casting process design, production and manufacturing process, casting product inspection process, and the operation of the enterprise's quality system. Under the vivid explanations of Song Yonghua, the deputy general manager of our company, Zhang Yajun, the director of the technology department, Zhou Zhangsong, Jiang Guangjie, the deputy directors, and Yao Dongcheng, the director of the quality department, the students listened carefully and asked questions actively, and were full of exploration for this "different" course.

Teachers and students of Nantong University of Science and Technology said that this course provided them with rich extracurricular practice scenes and the most intuitive contact, so that they had a deeper understanding and understanding of the material forming specialty they learned.
