common problem

1. What is the minimum starting batch for processing and customization, and how is the proofing fee calculated?

A: The minimum order quantity is subject to business communication and negotiation. The proofing fee is usually more expensive than the price of large goods, because it is impossible to ask the material supplier to cut a small piece when placing materials, and the NC wire cutting programming is not as convenient as mass production.

2. Why are some manufacturers offering higher prices and others offering lower prices?

A: Each factory has its own operation mode. Although the machining equipment is much the same, the workmanship and sense of responsibility are quite different. The cost performance ratio cannot be determined by price or scale alone. Any product that is separated from quality and service is a one shot deal. It won't last long. We only make the best products and receive every customer with the fastest and best service, Let every customer become our long-term customer.

3. What is the cooperation process?

1. Quotation

① The customer provides drawings (format: CAD, PDF, STP) or samples. The following information in the drawing is clear: machining quantity, material, accuracy tolerance, surface treatment and special requirements. Our company can make appropriate modification or design for drawings according to customer requirements

② Quotation time (given within 5 minutes at the earliest and 24 hours at the slowest, except for special circumstances). After receiving drawings or samples, we must reply to the customer.

2. Price

Negotiate with customers and promise to do our best to provide lower prices. But price is not the only factor in our service. Quality, delivery time, after-sales service and service attitude are equally important.

3. Quality

① Equipment guarantee: we are a physical factory with complete equipment, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, wire cutting (fast and slow), CNC (turning and milling), precision carving machines, etc

② Quality inspector: specially assigned person shall inspect the parts

③ Service team: arrange the discipline leader to follow up

4. Delivery date

① Production time: the merchandiser will follow up the whole process. If the delivery date changes, we will communicate and negotiate with the customer 2 days in advance;

② Logistics delivery: Due to the heavy weight of mechanical products, the delivery method needs to be negotiated by both parties. Generally, small products are mainly delivered by express. For large or heavy products, the buyer is expected to understand and reach an agreement through negotiation.

5. After sales

After the customer receives the product, if the product does not meet the requirements, we will first analyze where the problem is. If it is our processing error, we will arrange for rework or full refund at the first time. If the product is scrapped due to the buyer's wrong drawings, we will discuss separately. Any problem can be solved successfully through communication and negotiation until you are satisfied.
